Production Control Planner

Responsible for the planning and control in the development, improvement and implementation of production processes for all monitored customer orders to ensure on-time deliveries, phases of manufacturing, and participate in the creation of all proposals and requests.

Design and develop automated processes for the fabrication and assembly of product to reduce costs and improve lead times.

Coordinate with all other departments to insure customer satisfaction requirements are being maintained.

Trained new employees in all aspects of warehouse duties.

Responsible for writing employees evaluation on their work performance either after their 90 days or every 6 months.

Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, and customers to coordinate production and shipping activities, and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.

Maintain files such as maintenance records, bills of lading, and cost reports.
