Scope: Singl.eView is used for Reliance enterprise customers. The application has all types of activities like from bill process, bill generation, file upload etc. The database is in Oracle 9i on UNIX platform. The billing processes are run through this application and it rates the calls and calculates the various usage charges. The calculated data are sent to invoice server after billing process is over.

Job description: Back end support of Singl.eView, eBSS application to RA team. Run the billing processes and solve the technical issues regarding this. Handling all Billing activities from Pre-Billing Checks to Invoice generation and then applying Post-Billing Checks. Providing 24*7 supports for their billing application Singl.eView 6.0” monitoring different server Process, monitoring system logs. Also handling various configurations that include Customer, Product, Service and Tariff configuration on to the Billing System. Creation and modification of rate plans and updating it to Billing System. Resolutions of billing failure for one or more customer and re applying billing by taking appropriate actions. Applying and allocating invoices after confirmation that all invoices are correct and then sending them to print house for printing purpose. Also Handling PCO Billing System which include, Performing Bill Cycles to Sending Invoices to Invoice Server, Applying invoice’s to customer Account’s.

And providing MIS Reports as per requirements’.
