• Communications – Deliver effective and powerful communications into the salesforce
• Campaign Incentives – Build and implement successful Reward & recognition programmes for each sales channel, ensuring effectiveness through EBIT and ROI
• Trade Marketing - Develop and deliver promotional material into the consumer stores (including print and digital) to ensure the salesforce have the strongest selling tips for products, services and promotions
Key Achievements:
• Provided purpose and priority to all communications by designing and implementing a new internal communications framework for the sales channels using a range of media (digital and print) to address gaps and future needs.
• Designed and delivered a 20% cost savings initiative ($220K) within the Incentives budget to reduce costs and assist the wider Sales team to achieve EBIT targets by analysing costs and services of suppliers and in-sourcing marketing and communications by utilising spare capacity internally.

Key Achievements:
• Delivered a successful nationwide roadshow – ‘Spark It Up’ with the objective of reinvigorating the sales force to re-establish customer confidence following a series of network outages. The Roadshow was a success as staff were educated and inspired through compelling presentations. It was also delivered within a short time frame and within budget.
• Telecom Award (Being Your Best -BYB) for the successful management of the Spark it Up Roadshow. Awarded in June 2010.

• Work closely with the marketing teams to integrate all marketing and retail activity into the Sales Cycle plan and present to the Sales Management teams on a monthly basis

Key Achievements:

• Ensured the ME Business Channel commission structure was delivered for the new financial year by taking an acting capacity of the vacant Commercial Analyst role and designing and implementing sales targets and commission plan for the channel.
• Telecom Award (Being Your Best - BYB) for the design and delivery of the ME Channel targets and commission plan in the absence of Commercial Analyst. Awarded in October 2008.
