• Total 10 year experience in continuous manufacturing process plant.

• Hand on experience with line conveyer work, plastic injection moulding, assembly line & high speed pick & place PLC based machines.

• Working experience in shop floor with implementation of tools/techniques like 5S,7QC tools, SPC, Kiazen, TQM, SMED, DWM, JIT,FMEA , DOE & Six Sigma.

• Experience in maintaining compliance of ISO 9000:2008 EHS 14000:2004, OHSAS18000:2007 & documentation per requirement.

• Regular participant to conduct internal process /system audits including IMS audit, customer complaint CAPA implementation audits, 5S audit .

• Working experience in screen printing process specially in high speed PLC based UV curing kamman screen printing machine

Presently working in PPC deptt. with Moser Baer India Ltd Solid State Media Division. The company has world second largest data storage optical media(CD DVD Blue Ray) & Solid state memory product (Micro SD card & pen drive) manufacturing facility with annual turn over of 4000 crore & certified with ISO 9001:2008, EMS 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001 :2007.

Job Responsibilities -:

o Co-ordinate with Marketing, Production , LSC ,Engineering & all allied

departments heads to facilitate customer order execution with maximum utilization of manpower & plant manufacturing facilities.

o Daily/ monthly production & material planning of SMT production line.

o SFG allocation, daily/ monthly production planning for printing & packing lines.

o BOM preparation for SFG & FG item, material requirement & shortage analysis, follow up with LSC & store for timely material availability.

o Ensure timely work order release/closed in ERP system.

o Delivery date commitment after analysis of material & capacity availability.

o Ensure delivery of product as per agreed CRDD.

o Preparation of MIS reports, production data and rejections data.

o Generation of advance production planning of the basis of marketing & sales forecast.

o Inventory Control, Planning Dispatch, receipt, issue and highlighting critical / excess items. Maintain minimum level of inventory as per planning. inventory management with low inventory cost.

o Vendor Development and follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of materials. Supply chain management; follow up with transporters and vendors.

o Monitoring shelf life and control as per specification. Ensure correct data of material stock & issuance should maintain in ERP.

o Check the non moving item & prepare action plan for disposal.

o CSP & CR preparation, follow up with LSC for timely invoice generation & shipping document preparation for export orders.

o Initiate activities for continuous improvement of the product quality, new

product development and the operation processes through Six Sigma

DMAIC/DFSS approach. Carryout study & implementation of process

improvements & cost saving project by using QC techniques like 7QC tools,

SPC, FMEA, DOE.

o Manpower deployment & job assignment.

PREVOUS EXPERIENCE : - Worked with Adept Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Patel Nagar Delhi as a service Engineer from Oct 99 to Aug 2000.

PROFESSIONAL -: PGDBA in Operation Management from Symbiosis Centre

for Distance Learning Pune with Ist Div.

TECHNICAL -: Three year Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Board of

Technical Education U.P. Lucknow Ist Div.

ACADEMIC-: (i) Passed Intermediate from U.P. Board Allahabad Ist Div.

(ii) Passed High School from U.P. Board Allahabad IInd Div.
