Forecasts program/project future cash flow projections. Responds to RFP sections related to scheduling, project controls and project management software for implementation. Collaborates with SPMs and various technical leads during RFP response phase to structure preliminary program/project schedules for planning, scope development, design, procurement, construction and commissioning which are ultimately refined and absorbed into one complete Master Program Schedule that includes:
An overall schedule confirming that the program can be completed as projected
Each phase of the program
Each project included in the program
Major milestones for the overall program and associated projects
Multiple review periods during the design phases
Multiple cost reviews
Major construction activities, including time for punch list completion, maintenance training, and owner occupancy or control

Savannah-Chatham County Public School System ESPLOST K-12 Program -
Savannah, GA $216M:
Project Controls Manager responsible for scheduling and cost control. Responsibilities include setting up communication logistics and reporting systems for the client, developing a master schedule and offering Expedition and P6 support. The program includes eight new schools (elementary and high school), and additions and modifications to five elementary schools and one high school.
Baton Rouge International Airport - Baton Rouge, LA $167M:
Project Controls Manager responsible for cost control and scheduling for 35 projects at the airport including Plank Road construction, Parking Garage, Runway 13/31, and Air Cargo Building Phase II. P6 is used for scheduling. Custom Excel reporting utilized to forecast cash flow analysis for the client.
Tulsa International Airport - Tulsa, Oklahoma $50M:
Project Controls Manager providing support on scheduling and project controls protocol. The project includes two terminal concourse renovations and managing the installation of the in-bound baggage system.
Richmond International Airport - Richmond, VA $50M:
Scheduler Manager for renovation work and additional construction projects including the Roadway Connector and North Parking Garage projects. Provide schedule analysis to determine progress of general contractor’s performance in accordance with contract.
Tennessee Valley Authority – Chattanooga, TN $20M:
Ongoing TVA conversion of wet coal combustion byproduct to dry cold combustion. URS is tasked with evaluating, siting, design, and construction support services of existing and proposed new management facilities including dry landfills and ponds. Scheduler responsible for weekly P3 schedule updating for multiple projects including progress, coding, and reporting.
New Bern Courthouse – New Bern, NC $8.5M:
Scheduling Manager responsible for review of contractor’s schedule submissions and progress analysis. Renovation services performed directly for the GSA. Courthouse was constructed in 1935 and is listed in the national register of historic places as a contributing building within the New Bern Historic District. The 38,268 square foot, 3 story courthouse is being completely restored and renovated while maintaining the historical look and materials, in the Georgian Revival architectural style and while maintaining on-going court operations. Renovation aims to obtain a Platinum level of LEED certification.
