Project Title: A Biomedical System Based on Hidden Markov

Model for Diagnosis of Heart Value Diseases.

Description: In this study, biomedical diagnosis system pattern recognition with normal and abnormal classes has been developed. First, future extraction processing was made by using the Doppler Ultrasound. During future extraction stage, Wavelet transforms and short time Fourier Transforms were used. As next step, Wavelet entropy was applied to these features. In the classification stage, Hidden Markov Model (HMM) was used.

Extra co-curriculum activity:

Participated in various Debits competitions at school level.

Participated as a Team Member for Throw Ball in INTER POLYTECHNICAL SPOTS MEET

and won the First place at REGIONAL LEVEL in 2005.
