Project Description This project mainly deals with developing, customizing and maintaining different Printer/Fax Drivers and Application utilities (both web based and windows based) from the Base Binaries. Customization involves various string changes and changing Help files based on the OEM. Products are tested for their compatibility to different Operating Systems. Filter files are provided for Unix environments and Mac PPD files for Macintosh OS. This gives more flexibility for the end-users. Following are some of the Application Utilities and their functionalities.

File Downloader - Used to download the print, scan and copy documents that are already stored in the MFP's memory to the PC.

Remote Scan Driver - This utility is used for remotely scanning documents from MFP to windows based PC

Document Monitor - This utility helps in monitoring the jobs happening in the MFP

Address Book Viewer - User can download contacts from different servers and also from MFPs.
