Managed $12 million territory. Represented a wide range (approx. 3,200) of manufactured bakery ingredients and finished products to a wide range of customers and market segments. Recognized regionally for expertise in selling, business management, customer relationships and team building through consistent sales growth and added account responsibilities. Territory included Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
• Prospect and penetrate new accounts. Key wins include:
o Loaf Cake and Scone Business at Biggby Coffee (140 store chain).
o Icing business at Cottage Inn Pizza (60 store chain).
