SUMMARY:

Proven Construction Management and Design/Build experience in most industry projects of varying size coupled with extensive Facilities and Production Management background.

EXPERIENCE:

Superintendent: North Branch Construction, Inc., Concord, New Hampshire. Insight Technology, Londonderry, New Hampshire. May 2008 – July 2008. A 50,000 square foot 2 story addition and renovations for a high tech clean manufacturing, engineering and administrative facility. Managed project start up, ALL daily field operations, subcontractors and in-house trade activities including schedules, submittals, reports, meetings, estimating and purchasing, budgets, inspections and recycling, safety and quality control/assurance programs. A $6 million dollar project.

Project Manager/Superintendent: Zaist Construction Management, Teton Village, Wyoming. May 1996 – May 2008. Developed cost and budget packages, subcontractor bid packages and contracts and project schedules. Did material take-offs for project buy outs and long lead time items. Managed project mobilizations, submittals, contract administration and ALL daily field and subcontractor activities including inspections, schedules, site safety, house keeping, quality control, punch lists and project close outs/turnovers.

PROJECT LIST:

The Bridger Restaurant: Built atop the Bridger Gondola at 9,095 feet at The Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Teton Village, Wyoming. A 2 story 22,000 square foot facility encompassing an 80 seat fine dining restaurant and bar, 200 seat upscale cafeteria and servery, 40 seat exterior dining plaza, 24 seat private dining area and a 60 seat deli, 3 full service kitchens, support/prep areas and cold/dry goods storage. The building also includes skier services, ski patrol, ski school, restrooms, 2 retail shops, offices, storage, locker and bunk rooms and mechanical/support rooms. A $12 million dollar 14 month project.

The Teton Science Schools, Jackson Campus: Jackson, Wyoming. A 9 building campus totaling 74,000 square feet, total infrastructure, 4 classroom buildings, reception and administrative building, 250 seat dining hall and kitchen, 2 - 60 bed guest lodges, administrative, resource, support and maintenance facilities. A $24 million dollar 19 month project.

Pioneer Homestead III: Jackson, Wyoming. A 25 unit 3 story 1 and 2 bedroom senior housing apartment building and infrastructure managed concurrently with the Science School project totaling 22,000 square feet and a $3 million dollar budget.

Bridger East and Bridger Center: Teton Village, Wyoming. A 3 story 10,000 square foot addition and 12,000 square foot substantial remodel/expansion of retail and skier services facilities. A $4.5 million dollar 8 month project.

The Cody House: Teton Village, Wyoming. A $7.5 million dollar project totaling 38,000 square feet; 3 levels with in door at ground parking. Building includes 6 “one of” designed high end condominium units, commercial space including skier services, clinic, offices, cafeteria and kitchen, ski school, day care, employee housing, ski patrol, mechanical, support and storage areas.

Moose Creek Townhomes: Teton Village, Wyoming. A $25 million dollar, 50 month luxury townhome project totaling 37 - 3 and 4 bedroom units in 15 3 story buildings, complete infrastructure, skier lift, bridge and a 3 unit employee housing building.

Owner: Randall R. Ashworth Associates, Chester, Vermont. September 1985 - May 1996. Principal of Vermont’s first design/build firm offering planning, complete Architectural design and specifications (including MEP), cost developments, permitting, bidding, scheduling, contract and submittal administration, complete financial and construction management services for most industry projects in the $35k - $2.5k range. Managed all field activities, subcontractors, quality control and safety from project start up, punch lists, close outs and turnovers for ground up, renovations/additions and restoration projects. EDUCATION:

Associates Degree in Architectural/Construction Technology and Construction Management. Long Island Technical School, Hicksville, New York

Ongoing required courses for building code(s) revisions and building technology advances.

Course studies in sustainable building practices, technologies and energy conservation.
