2. New equipment trial with old technology for the required modification in process technology.

3. Worked in R&D for 2 month for gaining process knowledge and modification of process.

4. Energy conservation and loss control program for specific operation.

5. Calculation of Line sizing, Heat Load Calculation, Consumption Norms for Fuel and power & steam.

6. Material balance, energy balance calculation for existing & proposed process.

7. Look out to daily production and Technical help for the onsite troubleshooting by self skill & coordinating with Production, Maintenance & R&D department.

Achievements

1. Single handedly calculated norms of more than 20 products in 3 months. This lead to revision of existing norms & a standard was there on decided for further reference. This included steam norm, power norm & fuel norm

2. Improved the efficiency of utilities like:-

A) Boiler

B) Chilling plant

C) Cooling plant

D) Thermopac

E) Brine plant

3. Documentation work related calculation and giving liquid & solid effluent generated data for installation of incinerator for all units of Aarti drugs ltd.
