Project management experience includes complete mechanical systems design packages, code analysis, cost estimates and construction phasing, fee negotiations, supervision of engineers/draftsmen/technicians, and coordination with consultant disciplines and contractors while providing HVAC design, start-up and basic commissioning for various projects as assigned by the Division Director. Recent major projects include:

• Chico’s, Ft. Myers, FL – Office Renovation/Central Energy Plant – Tenant fit out of existing 200,000 sf warehouse to office space plus a 4,000 sf building and site that will house chillers, pumps, cooling towers, emergency generator and thermal storage tanks. Includes 4,000 tons of chilled water with water cooled chillers and ice storage.

• Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman BWI – Energy Conservation Measures – New chiller and generator to provide full heat recovery to preheat domestic hot water supply.

• Monroe County Public Works Facility, Rockland Key, FL– New 15,000 sf government center includes 11,000 sf garage and workshop building for vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance, with welding shop, paint shop, overhead trolley and lifts, carpenter shop, sign shop, and equipment storage. Also included are administrative offices, meeting rooms, restrooms and locker room.

• Naples Auto Dealership, Naples, FL – New Jaguar, Maserati, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin Auto Dealership. Includes 75,000 sf vehicle storage facility, auto maintenance area and sales center.

Specialist HVAC Designer, 1998 - 2006

Designed HVAC, facilities piping, and mechanical systems for commercial, education, hospitality, government, and institutional projects, including equipment specification, development of control schemes, sequence of operation and technical support for installation. The HVAC system design includes new rooftop units; DX split systems, exhaust fans, ductwork, thermostatic control system, diffusers/grilles, and grease hood design.

• Suncoast Beverage Sales, Ft. Myers, FL – New 10,000 sf office space, 4,500 sf open truck dock, 25,500 sf enclosed garage space and a 23,500 sf refrigerated warehouse space. Multiplex cooling system for truck refrigeration overnight. New cooling system approximately 100-tons.

• Signature Place, Ft. Myers, FL – Mixed-use development of a city block with the following components: Shell retail (15,000 sf), shell office (40,000 sf), 5-story parking garage, 34-story residential building (429,000 sf) with business office, health club and media room, as well as loft/town homes at street level
