·Vice-President of Manufacturing. (2000/05). LAUFEN CERAMIC TILES in Tulsa-OK. Plant Outsourcing. Relocating of production under Laufen standards in Spain and Brazil.
·Process Manager in Cerámicas Belcaire, a floor tile company from the Spanish ROCA group, new computer tools for planning and control production, process improvement. Feb 2000.
·Plant Manager in CERAMICAS GAYA SA. (1994/99), production of pressed floor and wall tiles (25,000 square meters/day). Responsibilities in all areas: production, planning, process and cost control, maintenance, and logistics.
·Joined to General Manager in the company “Construccciones Batalla SA” (1992/93). New production and managing computed techniques in all company areas: production, and business managing.
·General Manager in NATUCER SA. (1989/91). Plant design and assembly after four months stay in Germany, looking for the best production systems, and after three months training period, production and commercialization. Award in CEVISAMA 90. Development process for the production of extruded rustic tiles in a roller hearth kiln with reduction atmosphere to obtain the rustic effect like in the traditional and slow-firing tunnel kilns.
·Sales Engineering Department in FERRO ENAMEL. (1984/88). Technical support to Sales Department.
·Design and production of ceramic equipment. (1981/84). Preparation of raw materials, drying, firing and control technology in the company TECERSA. Project Coordinator for the Spanish construction of a continuous roller hearth kiln for single, double-fired tiles. Award in CEVISAMA 82 (The annual Valencia Tile Show) for this project.
