Career Objective

At my previous job as a Sergeant in the British Armed Forces, where I have served for 14 years I was actively engaged in operational duties around the globe. I was honoured with numerous awards for outstanding leadership, and field operations. These operations ranged from peace-keeping, providing humanitarian aid and enforcing anti-terrorism measures. I was mainly implementing drill skills, first aid, and weapons handling field craft. Further tasks included night training, camouflage techniques, target practicing, live firing, handling explosives, fitness tests and adventure training. Duties included handling and maintaining high specific military equipment.

Throughout my career I have held increasingly responsible positions on a large-scale basis worldwide. The experience of living and working in over 10 different countries mainly politically conflicted provided me with a broad expertise in Terror Management, Defence Tactics as well as Risk Assessment. I was also able to gain experiences with different cultures and languages, which have not just broadened my social skills but also helped me to develop cross-cultural competence. Therefore, I am seeking a challenging position in the field of close protection in an internationally-active company, who is eager to recruit individuals who think on their feet, keep a professional attitude at all times, are confident, reliable and good team players. I am very confident that I can be a dedicated and successful staff member by delivering on commitments in an effective and professional manner.
