Supervision and management of about 10 to 15 employees on the nightshift.

I also oversaw the operation of the bindery including a Muller-Martini 335 saddle stitcher,a Harris 750 stitcher (both with Video Jet systems), a Muller 235 stitcher,the folding department witch included Stahl and Baum folders, and the cutting department witch had three 45-inch Polar-Mahr cutters.
