ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE:

I have done my Project in Pharmaceutical Analysis “DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF ANALYTICAL METHODS FOR THE ESTIMATION OF ACECLOFENAC USING U.V. SPECTROPHOTMETRIC METHODS”.

The objective of the Project was to develop analytical method for the estimation of Aceclofenac validates the method as for ICHQ2B GUIDELINES.

The plan of work includes fallowing steps:

• To undertake solubility studies and analytical studies of Aceclofenac and to develop initial UV conditions.

• Setting up of initial UV conditions for the assay.

• Optimization of initial spectrophotometric methods.

• Analytical method validation of the developed UV method.

• Evaluation of analytical method validation report generated for developed methods.

Used SAS Procedures FREQ, MEANS, UNIVARIATE and REPORT for the Project Analysis.

CONFERENCES ATTENDED:

“National Workshop on opportunities in Clinical Research for Pharmacy & Bio-Technology” – held at Vignan Pharmacy College, Vadlamudi, Guntur, in January 2011.
