• Coordinated all management reporting in the Central Region, comprised of 14 states
• Developed and implemented a weekly schedule reporting system for Cingular Wireless (now AT&T Mobility) – which spanned 14 states and over 10,000 sites
• Performed cost analysis and control using an Access database; revenue for 450 sites was $5.7M
• Ensured all cost commitments had been allocated accurately and assigned budgets to awarded work
• Captured all “Out of Scope” costs that have been mutually agreed upon in the prime and billed client accordingly; assign, identify, and track scope on sites
• Created forecast reports to monitor “to go” job hours vs. remaining scope to complete, in order to paint an accurate picture of project viability and stability
• Responsible for closing out sites after scope of work had been completed to create an invoice from an agreed upon sign-off sheet from client
• Maintained Purchase Order records for invoicing $25M for sites throughout the Central Region
• Created service requisitions to contractors to award a base scope and additional out of scope work
