• 18 years construction experience:

o 10 years field experience as a laborer, foreman and superintendent.

o 8 years in office/field experience as an architect’s representative, estimator and project manager.

• AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and Great Plains software.

• Additional capabilities include:

o Review of drawings and specifications including AIA and government documents.

o Estimating with RS Means, Subcontractor Bids, and Takeoffs. Experience in cost analysis and bid submission.

Responsibilities: Installation, delivery, schedule, estimate and cost of ADA compliant precast concrete steps, ramps and rails.

Responsibilities: Developer/residential homebuilder. Involved in the construction of over 200 homes including custom built homes above $500,000 range.
