SUMMARY I am a single father trying to create a better life for my children and myself. I was just recently working at Sallie Mae. Collecting and advising people with their private credit loans. I am a fast learner, always eager to learn something new. My math, analytical, and problem-solving skills are probably my best strong points. Working at Sallie Mae / Private Credit department my responsibilities were documenting, verifying, and processing payments and/or certain forms to alleviate problem accounts. Advising and managing customers with their private credit loans. I had to show good communication skills with customers as well as inter-departmental. And I had to show strong clerical and arithmetic skills. I use FACS and CLASS, both software programs that collect data. I collect on delinquent accounts, advise borrowers of options to manage their loans and play a customer service role.
