1. Development of iRecorder for nessus.

This project was for SIM(Security information management) tool which deals with all the logs generated for a particular process.As Consultant I was responsible for setting up scoping and development processes for the project.Requirement gathering and documentation in terms of log events.

2. RFID integration with AssetportfolioManagement

This project was for tracking of all the assets of an organization. They selected Rolta India Limited to integrate UAPM with RFID and to implement it for tracking all IT and non IT assets of their Organization for efficient and effective use.

As a consultant I was responsible for Finalize the project scope. Define the project specifications and design of the interface.Monitoring and reporting progress to both internal stakeholders and clients.Ensuring training in Flash for the new team members.

3. Clarity implementation in RUS and RUK

RUS and RUK are the businessunits of Rolta India limited which deal with the onsite projects on CA suite of products. bespoke e-Learning Solutions to its Fortune 500 clients. As there are multiple projects, numerous Project Managers and clients spread all across the world and follow a consistent project management process to track of all process to be maintained by setting up clarity. I was responsible for Scope of operations for the clarity, set up clarity with its various functionalities as per the requirements set by the organization.This involved creation of customized reports using Actuate.

4. Clarity implementation in Stone and webstore

Description:Stone and webstore was implementing clarity and needed to train all their users. The users were categorized into different roles. As the modules were still being developed, Stone and webstore needed rapid development of e-learning modules that could be customized in order to suit any of the roles. I was responsible for Prepare the Scope of operations for the clarity, set up clarity with its various functionalities as per the requirements set by the organization.Design and train the respective practice teams to collate and report the parameters.

5. Clarity implementation in Rolta India Limited ,Rolta India Limited implemented calrity for handling their all relevent information of the company in a way to automate the whole process of the organisation.Based on this requirment the clarity was to be set up.I was responsible for the following activities: •Prepare the Scope of operations for the clarity, set up clarity with its various functionalities as per the requirements set by the organization. •Design and train the respective practice teams to collate and report the parameters.. •Rolling out the templates. •Modification and clean-up of clarity system to ensure proper data capture and meaningful data output.

6. OpX2 Succeed, Novartis Pharma AG Switzerland.

Novartis Pharma AG implemented Planisware-OPX2 for handling their all relevent information of the company in a way to automate the whole process of the organisation. It is a Matrix based organisation handling multiple projects under 10 different practices. Role:Consultant,I was responsible to understand the Scope of operations for the OPX2, set up OPX2 with its various functionalities as per the requirements set by the organization,Design and train the respective support teams to collate and report the parameters,Rolling out the templates,Modification and clean-up of OPX2 system to ensure proper data capture and meaningful data output.
