OBJECTIVES

To attain quality standards while ensuring steady progress in order to meet project completion deadlines. Attending management planning, coordination and progress meeting, reviewing of documentation and drawings, maintaining project and progress records, etc. Liaising with clients, contractors and vendors, etc. Through discussions, onsite coordination and inspections to ensure that contractors comply with contractual obligations for qualified personnel, sufficient manpower, continued material supply, working equipment, etc, while conforming to project specifications, procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities varied with assignments covering planning & project set up, material & equipment control,

hiring & supervising manpower, assessing contractors & vendors, QA/QC inspection, project coordination,

reviewing & approving specifications, procedures and drawings, documentation, safety, etc.

• Projects include jack-up oil rigs, offshore platforms, FSO/FPSO conversions, offshore maintenance &

hook-up projects, vendor inspection, dry-docking, petrochemical, LNG & pharmaceutical plants, thermal

insulation, etc.

• Worked with the various generic coatings, fireproof coatings (PFP), coat & wrap, hot dip galvanizing,

metal spraying, aluminizing, concrete coatings, etc.

• Insulation work includes rigid phenolic foam, mineral wool, polyurethane foam, ceramic fibre, mastic and

aluminium foil vapour seals, stainless steel, aluminium & galvanized cladding.
