Summary: More than seven years of on press experience. I am certified by Ditrilio
Flexographic Institute in Broadview. I have worked with several presses.
A twenty inch Arsoma, seven inch Webtron, a fourteen inch Aquaflex,a
seven inch Propheteer, a CI Mark Andy, are some examples .I am a quick
learner and a team player.
Experience:
2011-2012 Technipaq. Crystal Lake, IL
Iso-certified press operator: I ran a camera and turret assisted 40” Vision G.
Mirror image, four color process for lamination purposes, a common day .Pouch
examples are soups,syringes, lawn care nutrients, etc
• Setup and breakdown of jobs, from 0-8 colors.
• Inspecting each “pull” for all print and color requirements. Approving and grading each sample.
• Completing all required paperwork per order. This would include job: start and finish times, setup and run waste percentages, summarize the run and changes (if any) that were needed.
• Responsible for a daily production report and end of shift press maintenance.

Press operator: Ran a wide variety of jobs. A few examples would be
Label-form, integrated, four color process, card jobs (union, membership,
Insurance) etc.
• Setup and breakdown of jobs, from zero to seven colors.
• Worked with rotary tooling and waste removal.
• Sheeted jobs were caught, packaged, and stacked as press ran .
• Multi-webbing; up to seven webs were controlled at once according to order.

• Ran vinyl sheeted jobs.
• Upon completion of any job I had to shrink wrap and package the order.
• Every Friday I was responsible for my presses cleanliness and maintenance.
