SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Drafted and Designed an Optimal Layout & Co-Implemented a Local Community Park/Play Area

Designed and implemented an optimally designed open park and play area, including a seasonally attractive landscape design, resulting in a wide-open, efficient space for the local Hartford community, including a large sitting area, picnic table area, large playground and wide open space for sports. This much-needed park resulted in tremendous client satisfaction from the local community.

• Urban-Set University Dormitory Design & Presentation

Collaborated with a partner to design a modern, new annex of additional dormitories at Hartford University, to accommodate nearly 500 additional students, utilizing the latest in technological features and layout. The influx of students was due to increased popularity of the University. The new dormitory design was successfully completed on time and on budget, accommodating hundreds of new students in time for the new semester, thus providing the University significantly higher revenue not only for the coming year but on a future annual basis.

• Designed a Modern New Middle School

Designed, drafted and proposed a modern new Middle School in Hartford CT due to the aging and crowding of the old, run-down current middle school in Hartford. The proposal was successfully accepted and the City of Harford now has a new, modern, technologically up-to-date educational facility for its students.

Office building designed in AutoCAD utilizing 3D-elements; Design imported into VIZ Renderer and catalogue imagery incorporated into final rendered 3D model, providing a high-level of resolution and architectural detail; Camera options employed and virtual walkthrough of physical site created.

ETS conducts assessment and policy research and develops assessments and related services to advance quality and equity in learning worldwide.

Consultant, rGRE Resolution Team, (a test center where graduate records are maintained)

• Planned, implemented and mapped the revised GRE, making it significantly easier for the students, and more cost effective for the company.

• Developed and produced processing, scoring, and reporting of the IMS, ESKM, and CRDS the rGRE results to the students and the schools of higher learning that they were applying to.

• Created a report for senior management, providing quicker and more accurate information on valid, accurate, and on time score reporting. Streamlining of the reporting process enabled management to receive the reports and make better decisions, reducing efficiency,

• Integral member of a team which collaborated to develop and implement 11 new resolution, and the successful launch of the rGRE. Commended verbally by senior leaders for this accomplishment.
