Summary:

I have supervised crews, scheduled work, read blueprints, ordered materials, and estimated concrete. I have worked for residential builders, commercial contractors, a utility pipeline company, a custom concrete counter-top company, and renovation contractors. I am especially experienced in residential structural repair.

Education:

I have finished the requirements at Wake Technical Community College in the construction management associates degree program with a 3.3 GPA. I have certificates for windows xp, word, excel, access, and powerpoint. I have an OSHA 30 hour card.

Work history:

January 2002 thru December 2005 I worked at Formworks LLC making concrete counter-tops. My title was master craftsman when they turned the business into a school. My duties at Formworks included templating, forming, and mixing dyes. I was the shop foreman and did all of the finishing.

From February 2006 –March 2007 I worked for Shadetree Services as a supervisor remodeling a historical home.

From 2007-2010 I worked as a sub-contractor framing, making concrete counter-tops, trim work and general carpentry.
