Manage Mechanical, Fire Sprinkler and electrical works, both on the Military and Commercial Sectors. Supervise field works, as required, and perform coordination with other trades. Review and Interpret Plans and Specification and identify possible conflicts. Initiate RFI and Clarification and Coordination with other trades. Perform Material, Equipment and Subcontractor Buy-outs, to maximize project profit.
