• Places foods and beverages into vending machine, cart, or hotel room mini-bar and labels items.

• Removes money from vending machines, keeps records of receipts, or records items consumed for billing purposes.

• Observes thermometer and adjusts temperature gauges in vending machine to maintain items at specified temperatures.

• Makes change for customers and answers questions about selections.

• Maintains storeroom inventory and prepares requisitions for food and beverage supplies, using inventory list.

• Performs minor repairs or adjustments on machines to correct jams or other malfunctions, using hand tools.

• Removes trash from tables and cleans and dusts tables and vending machines with damp cloth to keep eating area clean.
