The project is to develop engineering design specifications for various pieces of electro-mechanical hardware used for the company’s semiconductor lithography equipment. The delivery of the document was on time or ahead of what the company expected. The technical level of the document was such that the head of the engineering department stated to the engineering task group and to upper management that these documents were the best he had seen in the company for their completeness and readability.

The most recent application, written in VB.NET, was an application that would query an Access database based on predetermined and runtime variables. The application would take the data from the query and randomize the information, then output the randomized data in to XML formatted music play lists in support of an online media player and web store.
Working with clients in order to develop and design their presence on the Internet, we offer a complete package including domain registration, email setup, hosting, graphics editing, multimedia presentation, and behind-the-scenes software.
As a Technical Writer, the project was to deliver coursework for a college’s on-line courses for Microsoft Certifications MCPD and MCTS. Delivery of each course was on time or ahead of schedule. This resulted in a bonus paid back by the college.

The service manual and flight manuals for the Liberty Aerospace XL-2 airplane require rewriting, reformatting, and updating. Knowledge of the FAA requirements for general aviation aircraft allowed for a quick completion of the publication of these manuals. A by-product of this was the development of the company’s style guide and development document templates for use in the company’s documentation. When the company downsized, the company added the responsibilities of the web site.

Technical Writer - Senior Product Support Engineer
As the Senior Product Support Engineer, the work was with internal and external customers on a wide variety of IT issues with both large and small-scale computerized dictation systems. The job also entailed working with several other departments to determine the requirements for servicing a variety of computerized dictation equipment. Responsibilities included identifying parts that service personal would need in the field to service this equipment and to produce and maintain a published list of parts for the equipment.
As a Technical Writer, wrote service newsletters, service manuals, and parts lists. Responsibilities included gathering information from a variety of sources, including on-site investigation or laboratory setups, generating and editing written text, and coordinating the production of the artwork for the documentation. Also as a
Technical Writer, there was the development of a number of on-line courses.
As an independent Web Designer, produced, planned, and designed web sites for different organizations. These sites required knowledge of different computer programming languages and concepts.
