Profile: Experienced leader in the heavy and highway construction field. Emphasis on on-time completion, within budget, quality and safety. Successful completion of projects throughout the United States including roads and bridges, airports and site development. I am able to travel and would consider relocation.

Experience: I began my construction career as a Surveyor and through the years progressed to my present position as Construction Manager. The majority of my experience has been in highway and bridge construction (new and rehabilitation) with projects in the range of Six Hundred Thousand to Sixty Million Dollars. My experience includes submittal reviews/submission, logging and tracking; RFI’s, CPM schedule updates, contract document control, change orders/force accounts, contract administration, weekly safety meetings, material procurement and subcontractor coordination.

2006-2009 R A Management, Inc. Charlotte, NC

Construction Manager

 Auburndale, FL – Oversee infrastructure installation for Phase 1 and 2 of the Water Ridge Community Development. This was a 650 Lot residential Development project.

 Myrtle Beach, SC – Oversee infrastructure installation for Phases 1 thru 3 of the 1,300 Lot Waterbridge subdivision. These projects included clearing right of way; storm, sanitary line, force main, water line and electrical conduit installation; curb, sidewalk and street construction; construction of Clubhouse and completion of amenity package for HOA.

Palm Coast, FL – Harbor View Marina subdivision. This project is currently on hold due to the current economic turndown.

2005–2006 Hypower Inc. Ft Lauderdale, FL

Project Manager

Cayman Islands Project – Georgetown, Grand Cayman Island. We were scheduled to install all underground infrastructure of a new commercial/residential property, but the project was cancelled. Was then assigned to the Southwest Florida Airport in Ft Myers, FL to prepare the existing taxiway to become the runway during the construction of the new runway.
