* Coordinated electronic Tutoring System for use in Faculty of Arts to streamline process and procedure for students submitting course work. System was adopted by Atkinson College.
* Managed and developed an online version of the annual Computing Plan submission process. This eliminated the time required for submissions by individual departments each year. Thus, the process was effectively streamlined and the application was adopted by the Faculty of Health.
* Implemented online Faculty Directory and an Interactive Map for internal and external clients.
* Supervised the creation of an online Booking and Appointment system for Department of Political Science in the scheduling of advising sessions for undergraduate students.
Statistical Analysis & Interpretation
* Generated annual statistical reports of the breakdown of services provided to Faculty on Academic Support Services.
* Analyzed and produced report with policy recommendations based on Faculty of Arts Survey on Computing.

* Led the creation and implementation of an online testing system for Japanese and French fluency, as well as the development of the second part of a French language placement test for the purpose of allocating students to appropriate courses.
* Managed, designed, recruited and allocated work of full-time web staff and work-study students in Academic Support Services to provide effective and efficient services and information to internal and external clients of the Faculty.
* Created strategic plan for merger of Atkinson College’s Academic IT Support with Faculty of Arts Academic IT Support.
* Initiated open source LMS (Moodle) to Faculty of Arts, which was adopted across campus. This resulted in elimination of prohibitive cost of commercial LMS (Learning Management System).

Budgeting
* Reviewed IT budgets and made recommendations on the procurement of hardware and software for computing needs of academic departments based on Computer Plan approvals and for faculty members based on their respective research requirements.
