Career History & Accomplishments
Mississippi State Army ROTC, Starkville, MS.
Held multiple leadership positions which included being over 5 to 60 personnel such as: Squad Leader,
Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Leader and First Sergeant.
Held ROTC Battalion S-3 position. Facilitated the planning, delegation of duties, and conducted all training of ROTC Cadets.
Responsible for conducting weekly training meetings.
Responsible for issuing biweekly Cadet written performance counseling’s. 2004-2008
U.S. Army Airborne School, 1-507th Parachute Infantry, Fort Benning, Georgia.
Successfully completed the rigorous training of the school. Summer 2005
Internship with Country Oven Bakery, Bowling Green, Kentucky
Compiled and developed Job Safety Analysis (JSA) which where crucial for all employee’s safety.
Assigned to research a new Flour Sifter System for the entire bakery plant and present a detailed cost analysis.
Assigned project led to the capital purchasing of the product with an estimated cost of $250,000.
Gained experience on multiple bakery production lines: Par bake, Proofers, Cake decorating, Rounders, and Cookie Line productions. As well as plant safety, statistical processing controls and cost analysis. Summer 2006, Winter 2006
Leadership Development Assessment Course, Fort Lewis, Washington
Completed training that dealt primarily with developing leadership skills. This included leading of peers, allowing peers to lead, problem solving in highly stressful environments and implementation of devised plans of action. Summer 2007
Mississippi Army National Guard, 2-198th HHC, 155th BN
Served as a liaison between the Company Commander and the enlisted soldiers.
Assisted with developing training meetings as well as conducting the training.
Contributed to the oversight of the 155th BN Mobilization throughout the process of initial training, SRP’s, PHA’s, and combined arms training.
Collaborated with other National Guard Companies to meet personnel and/or equipment needs for mobilization.
Commissioned in the Army National Guard as a Second Lieutenant in July 2009. 2007-Present

Currently serving as a Platoon Leader at the rank of Second Lieutenant within the Company.
Leading 35 men as an Infantry Officer.
Maintain current training for the Platoon.
Develop troops by insuring evaluations and counseling statements are performed.
