Work history:

P&H Minepro - Mesa , AZ.- 480-***-**** — April 2007 to Current:

Lead Electrician/Technician - Directed electrical crew on 10 electric shovel builds (4100XPC, 4100A, 2800XPB, & 2800XPC) in copper mines across New Mexico & Arizona. Also, Service calls, Maintenance, PLC upgrades (centurion system) & troubleshooting. Worked with Schematics, AC & DC motors(600 volt), control work, raceway/conductor install & various voltages (5VDC – 7,200VAC). Tested internal systems & commissioned with service engineers.

T&M Controls – Las Vegas, NV. – March 2007 to April 2007:

Journeyman Electrician – Installed upgrade to ignition systems on 2 coal burning Heat Retained Steam Generators at Reid Gardner Generating Station spring outage. Rigid conduit, NEMA 3 enclosures, pull cables, build control panels, and terminate.

The Industrial Company (TIC) – Steamboat Springs , CO. – Oct. 2006 to February 2007:

Lead Electrician - Test (Ohm, megger, phase) and restart of 25 yr. old electrical systems at Pinto Valley Mine. QA/QC of Transformers, Motor Control Centers, Motors & Switchgear. Changed and/or cleaned fuses, breakers & busswork. Verified circuits, proper grounding, and terminations to customer and NEC spec’s.

T&T Electric – Hilo, HI. – March 2006 to Sept. 2006:

Journeyman Electrician – Retrofit of 120V & 277V lighting systems at the Hilo Airport remodel project. Demolition & reinstallation of all fixtures, conduit, and wiring per NEC standard. Upgrade of existing life and safety system. Troublesoot live circuits.

Blue Print reading, Schematics, 1/2 " to 6" conduit (EMT, Rigid, Aluminum, PVC coated, flex, seal tight &PVC), cable tray & enclosures. Layout, assemble, and disassemble of 480V switchgear, Motor control centers, motors,

Transformers, Generators, DC stations, Substations & Switchyards (500KVA). Pull, splice, terminate, and test 5V to 500KVA conductors (ac & dc). Fire Alarm/Life & Safety Systems. Also, worked in Foreman & General Foreman positions.
