I was collecting data from each customer's site (in few different cities), that included:

• Collect information from Console (HMC) itself

• Collect data from Disk Storage System (IBM, Hitachi, EMC)

• Collect data from the Backup Server (Windows 2008)

• Collect logs from Cisco switches (show running-conf)

After collecting all necessary data we performed solution for data backup and disaster recovery system.
