Operation / Office Administrator
• As the office administrator I coordinated with sub-contractors, vendors, and engineers - via mobile devices, emails, and/or faxes - to maintain continuity of all projects and ensured all RFI’s were responded too or generated. I created work orders for the project manager to distribute to the field reps and then transposed their completed work orders and hours into the accounting software - Timberline. Additional responsibilities would include, but not limited to: managing office supplies and construction supplies for field personnel, taking minutes of staff meetings and tracking assignments – ensuring all documentations for ongoing projects remained current and Project schedules & Outlook calendars were updated. Upon completion of any project, a job summary with photos was created and distributed to responsible parties and managers.

• My introduction to construction began as a site supervisor for a Matt Plaskoff, a residential remodeling contractor and then to Griffin Industries, a New Home developer.
