Role: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Provided overall project leadership for the procurement, customization, integration, and deployment of an extensive Project Management Information System used to provide oversight of outsourced initiatives for the Government of Ontario’s portfolio of real estate holdings. The solution consists of TRIRIGA's Integrated Workplace Management System along with IBM's WebSphere for integration into SAP and other existing legacy systems. Current capital projects exceed $350 million annually with a planned increase to over $500 million with the implementation of the new PMIS system.
Worked with executive and legal staff throughout the vendor selection process and provided contract negotiations with selected vendors. Provided extensive vendor management throughout the project life cycle.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, provided complete project and financial management. Prepared fiscal budgets, forecasted annual and quarterly costs, monitored project work and actual costs, determined fiscal accrual values, and reported project performance using earned value analysis. Actual costs were extracted from SAP. Project work was planned and tracked using MS Project and all reports created in MS Office.
Reporting to the CIO, concurrently led the design and implementation of two separate Intel-based hardware platforms, both within a Citrix environment. Managed changes to the network and security architecture to facilitate external access for customers and business partners.
Led a large cross-functional team of over 30 professionals in a matrix organization for the reengineering of business processes, requirements and design sessions, and system delivery.

Worked with Government and legal representatives to secure required permits and develop corporate structure.
Responsible for site selection, designing and sourcing hardware and telecommunication infrastructure, and hiring local staff.
Managed the software development life cycle for an on-line gaming system to link multiple establishments within each jurisdiction. Provided complete financial management and reported earned value to stakeholders.
