Senior Product Development Engineer – Medical Division (1999-2003)
Developed new medical products and provided technical support for existing hardware and software products such as the Littmann product line of stethoscopes. Responsible for creation of device specifications for board level analog/digital signal processing and embedded software, including development of test systems to meet product claims through verification and validation to meet FDA requirements. Worked to develop external business partners for prototype fabrication, manufacturing and joint development. Use of DOE and Six Sigma tools.

Advanced Design Engineer – Engineering Systems & Technology (1995-1997)
Researched innovative processes within 3M’s core technologies for applications of industrial vision systems.
