Description:

BNKe Solutions uses TouchStar dialer for campaign. TouchStar Dialer keeps log of all the calls in CSV format files. Project responsibility is to create a DataBase from the raw data, maintain it, and generate custom reports on need basis

Primary Responsibilities:

• MS SQL Server 2000 Database - Writing DTS package for loading data from different resources to MS SQL Server database. Database creation, maintenance of databases, customization of databases according to campaign requirement. Database maintenance, File loading, Import & Export, Backup & Recovery. Performance tuning with indexing, creating checks and constraints, SQL, T-SQL, Views etc.

• AVAYA Predictive Dialer - Extraction of call reports in raw format, shaping into proper reports with the help of MS Access and MS Excel along with customized in-house developed software on VB platform.

• Reporting Tools - Crystal Reports, Campaign Analyst (Avaya PDS), report Execution usage on a day-to-day basis for the reporting of campaigns as per the client requirement.

• VoIP- Handling of data, extraction of raw data and reports for daily reporting requirement logging onto remote database with Symantec PC Anywhere.

• Configuration of Agent Ids in Avaya PDS and Touchstar Dialer for campaigns.

Description:

BNKe has a web server named Symposium server, which provides an interface to extract raw data for all the call campaigns. Project objective was to read the raw data in .ttx data format based on DNIS (Dial Number Information System) ID, and create a MS Access Database from the raw data, and generate custom campaign based MS Excel summary from the MS Access DB.

Responsibilities:

• Implemented the module to generate custom MS Excel reports from the MS Access database, using VB6.0 source code.

Description:

BNKe has a In-house software that reads the dialed extracts excel file and Agent Extracts excel file and process it into an intermediate Access database to Evaluate the Agent Performance such as calls handled, average Log In Hrs, Sales per agent and write it into an excel file in a presentable format. It involves further enhancement and modification according to various clients’ requirements from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Implemented the module, which prepares MS Access database from the two extract files.

• Implemented all the MS Access queries, which are needed for generating MS Excel report on custom need basis.
