Finite Element Modeling Assistant Engineer
Responsible for simulating real life vehicular accidents and improving quality of modeling and analyses of finite element structures. As part of the Biomedical Department at North Dakota State University, in charge of finding ways how to create finer animation for impact cases.
• Charged with the replication of vehicular accidents, recording of visual data, collection of written data, report directly to CEO with results.
• Improved quality of animation for finite element analysis program, LS-DYNA, using existing coarse quality model of brain structure.
• Trained new graduate students in usage of finite element modeling program, Hypermesh, and LS-DYNA.
• Presented results to North Dakota State University Biomedical committee consisting of professors and graduate students.
• Created user-friendly tutorials for both previously stated programs for future student usage.
