I am a Journeyman Master Electrician with a SECRET DOD clearance. I have an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology as well as Construction Management. I have owned and managed my own design build HVAC/R, Electrical, Plumbing and Construction Company. I have worked and supervised at all levels of the following disciplines: Engineering, Electrical construction, Management and Logistics Base Operations, Electrical residential construction and maintenance, Power Production, Fossil Fuels, Turbine and Nuclear Power, ECP, HVAC/R, Plumbing and Civil. I have worked as a field tech in communication with satellite, CATV, IT and fiber optics infrastructure. I hold an EPA Universal Classification in HVAC/R. I have PMP, COMPtiaA+ and MCP certification.

I have a good working knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, alignment, and operation concepts for complex ground based radar systems. I have an understanding of computer controlled instrumentation, as well as analog and digital interface equipment. I have operational knowledge of various types of test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, and frequency counters. I have knowledge of RF components and radar subsystems such as transmitters, receivers, and servo systems.

I have just completed a two year project in Shariki, Japan. I was the Field Construction Engineer for a Remote Radar Site. I supervised a 6 mile High Voltage Transmission Line and substation connect. I supervised construction of a new Radar facility including all support buildings and the security and fire alarm systems. I coordinated the commercial and military generator power system and facilities construction.

I have worked as a Regional Service Manager at a Forward Operating Base with the Department of Defense. I am responsible for the maintenance of electronic warfare systems associated with Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq such as Patriot, Trojan Sprit and Trojan Sprit Lite. The vast majority of the service required for these defense systems are Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Environmental and IT controls. I have TCN and LN labor supervision experience.

I am qualified in the design, construction and maintenance of communication, satellite, electromechanical, electronic and power generation equipment used with in civilian, U.S. and European/Asian military systems. I am experienced in analysis, evaluation, implementation and tracking of Engineering Change Proposals, IAW military standards and specifications to include configuration of aviation support equipment. I am skilled in interpreting engineering schematics and drawings. I can work with minimal supervision and have excellent communication and documentation skills.

I have 25 years of extensive experience in the Design Build concept of construction. I am qualified and experienced in the Engineering disciplines utilized in Design Build Projects. I have successfully implemented these talents in Design Build Construction from Preconstruction Concept, Team Building, Design, Implementation, Scheduling, Construction, Start Up and Commissioning of several multi-million dollar projects. These large manpower projects were extremely schedule sensitive. The Design Build talents I was able to utilize allowed me to be successful in completing these projects on time and on budget.

Maintained and supported the Power Generating Plants as well as Ground Power assets for a Coalition Forward Combat Air Base in support of Operation Enduring Freedom involving troops from Italy, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand and the US. I provided electrical power and lighting support for Tactical F-16 Fighters, C-130 H, KC-135, Air Rescue and Base Operations. This project involved utility line construction, including substation, extensive instrumentation control and grounding requirements, as well as equipment and utility power.
