2) 24”X 40 KM Nembe Creek trunk line replacement (NCTL).

Roles /Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that data related to HSE recorded on the Company’s intranet is continually developed.
• Carrying out regular reviews of the HSE policy documents, HSE Management System Manual and supporting procedures.
• Being responsible for guideline documentation, process and checklist for use by managers and Area HSE Coordinators.
• Carrying out daily tool box talk with crew prior to task.
• Ensuring unsafe act /unsafe condition audit and close out.
• Ensuring compliance with company/client HSE regulation, policies and standards.

• Developing and Implementing Company’s HSE policies and procedures in compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety legislation and client requirements.
• Liaising with senior management regarding strategic planning and development of safety programmes and implementation initiatives.
• Coordinate annual internal/external safety audits required to maintain a Certificate of Recognition (COR).
• Ensure all reporting and documentation pertaining to safety functions (medical, swimming, Pre Mobilization Inspection of equipment etc.) are completed and tracked.
