Programmer Technical Analyst/Programming Manager
• Instrumental in the analysis, development and support of a credit card payment application currently used by 25 clients which generated $16.2 million in income for 2007/2008.
• Identified enhancements to the payment application including Refunds and Notification of Change functionality. Developed batch processing to support these enhancements as well as wrote specifications for web developers. The Refund enhancement improved the accounting experience through automation along with providing an additional revenue stream. The NOC enhancement was necessary for NACHA Compliance and prevented potential fines for non-compliance.
• Worked directly with clients to evaluate modification requests, problem resolution and provide status updates. Worked directly with the client technical areas in order to further understand their requirements and to obtain the necessary information for job set up.
• Supported efforts to maintain NACHA Compliance as well as participate in regular NACHA Audits. Product POC for all NACHA related compliance issues.

• Implemented a new relationship product for CBNJ which immediately opened 83,000 new accounts with over $2 billion in deposits.
• Managed the migration of the CBNJ deposit accounts to the CBNY systems. This led to the elimination of 6 software applications and 12 programmer positions.
• Upgrade release of Florida Software Certificates of Deposit application adding enhanced IRA functionality and making Regulatory processing easier.
• Modified deposit applications to support the Vector Bulk Filing system. Handling of returned/rejected items was more efficient and statements were available one day earlier.
• Supported Governmental Reporting Systems for all of the bank applications.
• Developed in-house IDTCA/B-Notice applications for backup withholding.
