CAPOZZOLI ADVISORY FOR PENSION FUNDS

Senior Vice President CAPROC Residential 2007 – 2008

• Managed a $30 million allocation of pension funds targeted for workforce housing.

• Placed funds into workforce housing projects in MI, FL and MS.

• Responsible for all aspects of; site selection, feasibility studies, site acquisition, legal, entitlement, site plan and product design, project financing, construction and sales.

• Performed due diligence for additional projects in FL, TN, PA and OR.

• Developed and managed an extensive workout plan for a troubled asset in FL consisting of approximately 1000 acres of land, and homes, in multiple projects. Duties included participating in the “takeover” of assets from the existing developer, hiring and managing a staff, resolving liens and addressing additional, complex liabilities, conducting market feasibility studies, marketing properties to the real estate/development industry, and the development of site plans and home designs.

WEXFORD BUILDERS, INC. /WEXFORD DEVELOPMENT GROUP

Co-Founder & Principal 2004 – 2008

• Responsible for land procurement and assisting with contract negotiations, entitlement, and land development for Wexford Development Group which purchased, entitled, and developed approximately 300 lots with a retail value of more than $24 million.

• Responsible for seeking and securing both private and institutional investors with private individual investments ranging from $10,000 to approximately $1 million and institutional investments averaging $2.5 to $3 million.

• Assisted with oversight of home and land development construction.

President 1989 – 2004

• Oversaw all home design and construction activities for the production of approximately 1200 single, and multi-family, homes within 25 neighborhoods. The total sales volume from these homes equaled more than $300 million.

SCHOSTAK BROTHERS AND COMPANY, INC.

Leasing Representative 1990 – 1992

• Responsible for the leasing activities for nine company owned and/or managed shopping centers in MI and IN. Responsibilities included the procurement of both national and local retail tenants, lease/contract negotiations and assisting with design/construction.

LITTLE CAESARS ENTERPRISES, INC.

Director of Real Estate 1983 – 1990

• Responsibilities included site selection, site acquisition (negotiating purchase agreements, contracts and leases), legal, finance, entitlements, permitting, construction and the opening of several different store concepts (for both corporate and franchised units) including; inline, mall and free standing units, nationwide.

• Assigned to develop and implement the strategic market development plan for Little Caesar’s home market in Detroit, MI.

• Assisted Little Caesars owner, Mike Ilitch, with “special” real estate projects.
