Exchange Administrator 2/2009 – Present

Manage Exchange 2010 composed of 9834 mailboxes, 24,302 public folders and 241 distribution groups. The current storage of 12.4 TB is the mailbox primary is being archived and migrated to a new JBOD/RAID6 storage configuration with a combined capacity of 250 TB. This in turn will give back 84 TB of expensive SAN space that is currently used for primary mailbox, copy and backup.

Additional:

• Develop PowerShell scripts to manage the Exchange database and migration

to JBOD and email archive system..

• Developed a script package to manage 2518 documents distribution and maintenance twice a week to 168 servers and TS farm systems statewide.

• Developed scripts for unattended server builds and upgrades which also copied all data, shares and permissions from existing server to the new higher capacity server.

• Develop scripts for management and reporting in VMware, Data Protection Manager, software version for 13,000 laptops and workstations.

• Developed scripts and Excel spreadsheet for the deployment of 1051 printers statewide which managed location, travel, configuration, updates to DNS, network shares and BMD Remedy.
