SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Provide effective leadership to a large, global team of Senior Executives, Project Managers, and cross-functional groups. Drive and track product development programs in a complex multi-product, multi-release environment.

* Lead multiple cross-functional teams (PM, design, engineering, marketing, research) by providing end to end program management services including planning, scheduling, estimating, conflict resolution and risk and issue management to the portfolio of projects aimed at creating high quality new products and enhancing existing products.

Notable Contributions

* Delivered FICO Debt Manager 8.0, a 3-year, $15+ million dollar project requiring more than 100 team members based on three continents on time despite severe constraints resulting from the financial crisis.
