Maintain heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances on property. Update computer when work is complete, pull reports, and fax orders. Troubleshoot technical problems with computers and electrical devices.

Responsible for renovating apartments at Broadmoor apartment complex in Richmond Virginia. Duties were to install plumbing, appliances, electrical work and hardware to make apartments ready to live in.
