Surveillance supervisor- as a surveillance supervisor of five casinos, my duties were to oversee twenty four (24) employees’ everyday operations. I hold all duties of scheduling, time sheets, organizing casinos policy and procedures, discipline of employees, organizing future building plans, collecting and selecting bids, billing, invoicing, and organizing training classes for the employees. I am responsible for making sure the casinos pass the yearly audit for state and federal regulations.

MNBE, Okmulgee OK 2005-2008

Project Manager- as a project manager at MNBE I was responsible for the installation of fiber optics, Cat 6, Cat 5e, Cat 5, surveillance systems, and phone systems at job locations such as: Boone-Pickens stadium, Holdenville Casino, Tulsa Casino, and several buildings at Muskogee Creek Nation Complex. I have also built and maintained strong client relationships, reported team status to project senior management, documented system requirements and mentored to junior project members.

Hagen Communications 2002-2005

Owner- as an owner of Hagen Communications, I was responsible for operating a technology and consulting company. Supervised teams of consultant and client personnel, created work-plans, managed the timely completion of projects, built and maintained strong client relationships, facilitated group discussions, documented system requirements and mentored to junior project managers, estimated and billed projects, maintained all bookkeeping records.
