● From March 2006 – till date, working as a Scientist-II (Manager), in Bio-Analytical Department of Axis Clinicals Ltd., (Formerly Trident Life sciences Ltd.,) Miyapur, Hyderabad, A.P, India.

● From March 2004 – Feb 2006, as a Research Associate, in Department of Biopharmaceutics & Bio-Analytical Research Laboratory of Suven Life Sciences Ltd., Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, A.P, India.

Responsibilities:

● Handling of LC-MS/MS and HPLC Method Development, Validation and Subject sample assays.

● Method development, validation and sample assay in rat plasma and rat brain by using LC- MS/MS.

● Development of Bio analytical methods usiing derivitization techniques.

● Preparation and revision of Sop’s, and review the reports of biostudies as per need and ensure quality implimentation.

● Impart extensive technical training to a new Research Associate / Research Scientists.

● Establishment of Bioanalytical laboratory.

● Cunduct, manage and technical review of Bioanalytical studies in conformance to Laboratory SOP’s and current GLP guidelines.

● Working with QA to take corrective actions where necessary and initiate actions to prevent the occurrence or product nonconformity.

● Ensure the results are accurate and precise, keep adequate records.

● Carry out many pilot and pivotal BA/BE studies for various regulatory filings like USFDA, BRAZIL-ANVISA,UK-MHRA, SOUTH AFRICA-MCC, AUSTRALIA-TGA, FRANCE-AFSSAPS and CANADA Regulations.

● Ensure the SOPs and safety protocols are strictly followed.
