• Performed design for Test (DFT) definition, failure analysis, functional testing, pattern and test debugging, and validated TMS470 ARM7 Microcontrollers.

• Improved yield by 20% and increased performance of TMS470 ARM7 Microcontrollers by 88% by developing a pattern recognition algorithm, identifying design marginalities, and analyzing yield detractor data.
