Test Engineer

Supported site test systems, performed engineering studies, validations, product and process

failure analysis, new product introductions, and the operation and maintenance of production

equipment. Acted as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) and as lead engineer for numerous

medical instruments produced in facility.

* Increased the effectiveness and efficiencies of medical product manufacturing and assembly

process by tracking, documentation and training of employees.

* In four months, increased the output of medical devices from barely five units per week to

30+ units by developing the company's first user-friendly troubleshooting manual including

test procedures and work instructions customized for this particular product. Total pass yield
