Presently a construction manager, part of the field staff for the Frank Gehry designed, Forest City Ratner developed 76 story high end rental apartment Beekman Tower project currently under construction. My responsibilities include the daily and complete supervision of the curtain wall installation, monitoring all fabrication dates, shipping dates and delivery dates. I am responsible for coordinating all major trades that interact with the building skin.

Senior Project Manager
Was the Senior Project Manager for the 62 story Highline Hybrid Tower and for the pre-construction services on the 1 Restaurant Row project which includes four separate buildings in the heart of the New York Theater District. Was responsible for all trade awards, budgeting, permit coordination, soil remediation and working with the New York City Department of Transportation and the Port Authority on New York and New Jersey.

Project Executive
Was the Project Executive on the one million square foot, $250,000,000.00 condo conversion of the landmark building; The International Toy Center. The project was cancelled after 10 months of all pre-construction activities and complete demo of the two buildings.

Responsible for all phases of development and construction for this high profile New York City builder/developer.
Selected Projects:
Regal Theaters- Brooklyn, NY and New York, NY- Completed the first multilevel “raised seating” theaters in NYC from inception to completion. Presented all budgets and value engineering to the client prior to release of trades. Awarded and negotiated all contracts, all trades, negotiated all change orders and successfully closed out the project.
Queens Place Shopping Mall-Brooklyn, NY- Was the Senipr Project Manager from the start up to the final sign off working with many major retail operators. We added a Target and a rooftop parking deck on top of the old cylindrical Macy’s on Queens Boulevard.
Atlantic Terminal-Brooklyn, NY- Our team took over and successfully completed this project after the initial team assigned could not meet the deadlines.
15 Metrotech- Brooklyn, NY- Was part of the staff from the first shovel to the final sign off and close out on this twenty story office building.
Quartermaster Plaza- Philadelphia, Pa. A one million square foot retail development on the site of the US Army Quartermaster’s depot in South Philadelphia. I was responsible for maintaining all US Government soil regulations and for the construction and completion of all stand alone buildings.
