As part of the Capital Group Companies, my responsibility included managing I&O Network Security Program coordination, a program consisting of nine projects with a total budget of 22 Mn. Key focus included managing scheduling, budget tracking, resource management, project risk assessment , mitigation planning and deliverable verification. Working with the peer project managers to create, maintain and control Project Cost Estimate in HP PM Tool. Organize project status meetings, project status reporting triage as well as other recurring reporting support.

My Job Duties included

Project Management

o Update project cost estimates into the HP Project Manager Budget module and working with project managers to convert their existing Project Cost Estimate worksheets into the new "ITRPOS Budget Augmented" Project Cost Estimate worksheet
