- Project Description: Demolish 370 residential units, complete of infrastructure, replace with 360 residential units, infrastructure and all supporting amenities.

- Responsibilities: Monitor all trades for safety compliance with Em385 1.1, OSHA and the Walsh Safety manual. Review schedules, daily, and notify any contractor of non compliance. Monitor all phases of quality control, assist QC dept. with trade technical RFI’s Update redline drawings, update drawings with all ASI directives and notify all effected parties. Hold weekly meetings with ACOE and Sub contractors. Maintain a clear working knowledge of all contract documents – RFP, ASIs, RFIs, and all contract buyouts through closeout.

BCT Complex Increment 2 Fort Lewis 3/08 – 5/09

- Project Description: Walsh Group was the prime sub working with Alutiiq International. As such we handled all production field issues with no site civil. The project consisted of 3 Battalion HQ, 1 Brigade HQ, 2 Company Operating Facilities (COF) and 1 Enlisted Personal Dining Facility (EPDF)

- Responsibilities: Monitor all trades for safety compliance w/ Em385 1.1, OSHA, and the Walsh Safety manual. Review daily schedules and notify contractors of non compliance. Monitor all phase of quality control, Identify errors busts and constructability issues in advance, assist QC dept w/ trade technical RFI’s. Update redlines, update drawings with all ASI directives and notify all effected parties. Conduct weekly meetings with ACOE and Sub contractors coordination meetings. Maintain an absolute working knowledge of all contract documents – RFP, ASIs, RFIs, and all contract buyouts through closeout. Manage all aspects of in house labor. Work closely with MEP QC on TAB through commissioning.

Responsibilities: Monitor trades for safety compliance w/ Em355 1.1, OSHA,

and Bristol Safety manual. Daily schedule reviews and contractor compliance as needed. Update drawings with all ASI directives and notify all effected parties. Conduct weekly meetings with NAVFAC (ROICC) and Sub contractors to coordinate work. Maintain clear working knowledge of all contract documents – RFP, ASIs, RFIs, and all contract buyouts through closeout.

- Responsibilities: Insured site compliance with EM385 1.1 Assist in creation of sub contractor bid packages. Reviewed contracts to ensure no gaps/overlaps pre release by PM. Monitored sub contractor progress, quality control and timelines. Conducted weekly meeting w/ Air Force and Army Corp of Engineers. Maintained clean copy of as builds and redlines. Maintained daily logs. Managed 30 man self-performing concrete crew.

FIELD SUPERINTENDENT Sundt Construction

Fort Lewis 7/00 – 3/03

- Project Description: Oversee fast tract 30-day remodels, of existing multi family units. 120 units per 6 month contract. Schedule contractors, QC all work performed. Maintain daily log reporting on all work.

Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island Sundt Construction

- Project Description: Aid PM in timely close out of 112 replacement navy family housing units. Worked closely with QC and ROICC QA managed subcontractors in timely correction of work deemed deficient. Devised team approach to final walk through with ROIC owners by taking a punch crew on final this resulted in 99% expectance at final.

CARPENTER FORMAN Silver Cloud Inns

Silver Cloud Hotels multi store expansion project. Was charged with the oversight of all concrete form work, reporting to the superintendent, working with pile bucks on placement of sheet pile, tying of Steele cages for placed pile. Placement and layout of PT cables and ultimately one of three layout men for 3-4 story wood frame buildings built on top of PT decks.

General Superintendent DLP ASSOC INC

DLP is a Small commercial and residential developer operating on the Olympic peninsula in Washington State. I ran their work from public hearing through buy out.
